Perfect Cleaning Service LLC is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional HR Manager to oversee all Human Resources operations within the company. This position is responsible for managing the full employee process, from recruitment and hiring to onboarding, attendance tracking, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
This is a key leadership position within the company and requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, organization, and the ability to follow and enforce company procedures consistently.
The HR Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and will work closely with management and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring process for new employees
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Complete onboarding and new hire documentation
- Maintain employee files and records
- Track employee attendance, absences, and punctuality
- Apply disciplinary actions and written warnings when necessary
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures
- Communicate with supervisors regarding staffing and employee concerns
- Assist with scheduling coordination related to staffing needs
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Follow and continue existing HR processes and procedures
- Help maintain organization and communication within the office
- Support management with employee-related matters
- Monitor employee performance and workplace behavior
- Ensure all HR documentation is completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Previous Human Resources or office management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, email, and office systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
