Keith's Transmission is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to support our growing operation. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Compensation
- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer communication
- Prepare and process invoices for completed services
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain customer files and service documentation
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair orders and billing are accurate
- Manage office communications, emails, and filing systems
- Assist with parts ordering and vendor communication
- Support daily administrative functions to keep the office running efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, and office software
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or bookkeeping is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
