We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including commercial spaces, residential homes, and short term rentals. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial buildings and short-term rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Manage time effectively to meet cleaning schedules and deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
