Luli Fama is seeking a collaborative and analytical Merchandiser & Visual Manager to support the continued growth of our luxury swim, resort wear, and retail business.
This role combines merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation.The Merchandiser & Visual Manager will help ensure our stores have the right product, in the right quantities, at the right time while using sales performance, guest insights, and market trends to identify opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandising & Inventory
- Analyze sales, inventory, sell-through, margin, and product performance.
- Support assortment planning, category strategies, pricing initiatives, and buying decisions.
- Manage inventory allocations, replenishment needs, and store-to-store transfers.
- Identify opportunities within product mix, size distribution, assortment depth, and location-specific needs.
- Recommend actions to improve sell-through, gross margin, and overall category productivity.
- Partner with Retail leadership and Store Managers to incorporate guest and field feedback into merchandising decisions.
Third-Party Support
- Monitor third-party product performance and identify reorder or assortment opportunities.
Visual Merchandising & Store Support
- Support consistent visual merchandising and brand presentation across retail locations.
- Travel approximately monthly to South Florida stores to review merchandising, product placement, and presentation.
- Support collection launches, floor transitions, and merchandising updates.
- Partner with Store Managers to identify opportunities that enhance both the guest experience and business performance.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Planning, Retail, Sales, Ecommerce, and Marketing.
- Help maintain strong communication between stores and headquarters around product performance, guest feedback, inventory needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Translate business insights and data into clear, actionable recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Approximately 2–3 years of progressive merchandising experience within premium women's apparel, contemporary fashion, swimwear, resort wear, or luxury categories.
- Demonstrated experience with assortment planning, category strategies, pricing, and product productivity.
- Experience contributing to initiatives that improved sell-through, gross margin, or category performance.
- Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric and product-focused mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Design, Planning, Sales, Ecommerce, and Marketing.
- Strong eye for product, visual presentation, and emerging fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted merchandising tools and curiosity around emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to travel monthly throughout South Florida.
- Ability to work full-time from our Miami headquarters in Doral.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
