We are looking for a skilled and reliable person to join our team. Experience with beef tongue (gyutan), Japanese BBQ, or grilling meat is highly preferred.
Duties
- Prepare ingredients and maintain food quality
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Work efficiently during busy service hours
- Communicate and work well with the kitchen team
Experience
- Previous restaurant kitchen experience
- Grilling experience required
- Experience with beef tongue or Japanese cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
