What You'll Do
As a Lead Care Professional, you'll provide outstanding care for clients throughout Columbia and the surrounding areas. Your day may include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Supporting clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, hospice, and other specialized care needs
- Filling in for scheduled and unexpected caregiver assignments
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families
- Delivering compassionate, dependable care while representing Avodah Homecare's high standards
When you are not assigned to a client, you'll report to our Corporate Office where you may assist with:
- Client wellness calls
- Supervisory visits with clients and caregivers
- Quality assurance activities
- Care coordination support
- Additional client service projects that help enhance the care we provide

Schedule & Availability
This position offers up to 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to meet the needs of our clients.
Applicants should be available:
- Monday through Friday
- Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Every other weekend
Because this is a responsive position, Lead Care Professionals should be able to report to a client assignment within approximately one hour when scheduled.
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina CNA Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Active automobile insurance
- Willingness to travel throughout Columbia and surrounding communities (up to approximately 50 miles)
- Previous home care experience preferred
- Experience with dementia, hospice, and personal care is a plus
