Your Top Priorities:
Keeping dishes and glassware moving so nobody runs out
Pre-bussing and bussing tables to keep the restaurant clean and guest-ready
Running food quickly and accurately
Supporting guests and assisting servers and bartenders wherever needed
Keeping the bar, server stations, and dining room stocked and organized
Restocking beer, ice, glassware, condiments, and supplies before anyone has to ask
