As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsibilities include unloading, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and managing inventory. You’ll utilize our wireless warehouse management system to ensure products flow smoothly from vendor receipt to customer fulfillment. Stand-up forklift operator experience is a must for this position, and you will be certified with the company after successfully completing the introductory period. This is a fast-paced, labor-intensive role that requires physical stamina and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- TRAINING FIRST THREE WEEKS 10:00AM - 6:30PM
- Perform tasks in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment
- Operate stand-up forklift to move and stage inventory
- Follow verbal instructions with attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Lift up to 75 lbs. consistently and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, stooping, and standing for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Be self-motivated and work well within a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision, always focusing on customer satisfaction
- Accurately process and comprehend paperwork per company policies
- Prioritize safety at all times
- Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience
- Stand-up forklift operator experience is a must, and you will be certified with the company after the introductory period
- Excellent attendance record
- Prior warehouse experience (1 year preferred)
- Reliable transportation
