What You'll Do:

Requirements:
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field.

Basic knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions:

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed during unit turns.

Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests and requires on-call availability on a rotating schedule.
Physical Requirements:
