ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities as requested. Job duties may change as required by needs of company.
- Check incoming paperwork and make copies before distributing.
- Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
- Create or update records with new files and information.
- Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents.
- Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners.
- Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers.
- Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information.
- Answering Phones
- Punctuality is a must.
Other duties may include:
- Administrative duties (picking up mail, Filing file folders away.)
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
- Detail-oriented & Self-motivated
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet demands and strict deadline
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is Recommended
- Understanding of Real Estate is a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Minimum High School Degree
