FinCo Payments is a fast-growing merchant services company headquartered in Austin, TX. We help business owners across the country get better payment processing — lower costs, better technology, real support. We're expanding into web hosting, website building, and SaaS, which means the people who grow with us now will have more to sell (and more to earn) every year.
The Role:
This is a sales role, plain and simple. You'll prospect business owners, show them how much they're overpaying on payment processing, and close them. Every merchant you sign pays you twice: an upfront commission when the deal closes, and a monthly residual for as long as that merchant keeps processing. Sign a merchant once, get paid on them every month. That's the model — your income compounds as your book grows.
We'll train you on the industry, the products, and the pitch. What we can't train is work ethic. That part's on you.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and connect with small business owners nationwide by phone, video, and network. Run statement reviews showing merchants exactly what they'd save. Close deals and onboard merchants with support from our team. Build a residual book that pays you monthly, whether you worked that day or not.

Details:
Remote, US-based. Independent contractor (1099). Uncapped commission + monthly residuals. Full training and sales support provided. Start immediately.
