As a Shift Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly during your shift. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Lead by example: Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service and mouthwatering wings. - Keep things running smoothly: Manage shift operations, including delegating tasks and ensuring all team members are on the same page. - Customer-first focus: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a craving to come back for more. - Problem-solving pro: Handle challenges with a cool head and a can-do attitude, whether it’s a busy rush or a special request. - Team player: Foster a positive, collaborative environment where everyone feels supported and valued. You will also help train new staff members as well.
