Intellisteel Group is transforming the future of construction through precision-engineered cold-formed steel (CFS) framing systems. We are seeking motivated Steel Assembly Technician I team members to join our growing manufacturing operation in Groveland, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in manufacturing. You'll receive hands-on training while working with advanced equipment and experienced team members to produce high-quality cold-formed steel wall panels and building components.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up production lines to run steel framing materials.
- Assemble cold-formed steel wall panels and building components according to production drawings and work instructions.
- Operate basic production equipment and assist machine operators as needed.
- Measure, align, and fasten steel components using hand and power tools.
- Safely operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment after training.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following all company safety procedures.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
- Assist with material movement, staging, packaging, and shipping preparation.
- Perform other production duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure and basic measuring tools.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Excellent attendance, dependability, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active manufacturing environment.
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Experience
