Responsibilities:
- Word processing, proofreading and editing of documents
- Maintain Master Electronic Calendar of Trainings, Meetings and Special Events
- Handle meeting, event and travel arrangements
- Respond to inquiries, information and technical assistance requests
- Maintain program related databases
- Develop systems of file and record maintenance
- Preparation of training materials, certificates, and related information
- Process purchase orders and expenditure reports fordepartment supplies/materials
- Attend department meetings and professional development sessions
Qualifications:
§ Associates Degree or two or more years of paid experience in business administration or a related field.
§ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Publisher and Access
§ Proficiency in using electronic platforms to schedule virtual meetings
§ Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
§ Ability to work with diverse audiences
§ Excellent telephone and customer service skills
§ Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
§ Typing 55-60 WPM-95% accuracy
§ Bilingual candidates Spanish, French languages are encouraged to apply

Pay: $33,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
