Local Tree Service Company seeking customer service focused, friendly, detail-oriented office help answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to email/online inquiries and other routine office support related tasks for privately owned company.
The ideal applicant is energetic, has strong customer service skills, office experience and is confident using standard computer programs ~ both web and locally based.
Office duties include:
- Handling phone calls, emails and calendar events.
- Record keeping, data entry
- In this office we wear many hats; other daily duties & projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic office experience is required
This job is for you if you have:
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- The ability to provide clear and consistent communication – both written and oral.
- Basic computer knowledge; Experience using the Google Suite (Email, Calendar and Drive), QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel *basic knowledge is a must but will train the right person!
- The ability to work quickly and accurately with a can-do, detail oriented, friendly, professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and work independently
- Strong people skills and the ability to be a team player
- A self-starter attitude and are dedicated, punctual, reliable, energetic and hardworking
Being bilingual (Spanish/English) and having tree industry experience is a plus!
Salary Competitive and Negotiable based on qualifications and experience: starting $25 per hour
Availability: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Part time, 30 hours per week
