Our team focuses on helping clients better understand budgeting, debt-management, protection planning, and wealth-building principles.
We are currently seeking professional and motivated Financial Sales Representatives to support our growing client base.
Position Overview
In this role, you will meet with clients to understand their financial goals and help guide them through educational financial planning conversations. You will provide information on financial strategies and solutions designed to help clients reduce debt, improve financial organization, and work toward greater financial stability.
This is a client-focused sales position centered on relationship management, communication, and financial education,
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective and existing clients to assess their financial goals and needs
- Educate clients on budgeting, debt management, financial literacy, and foundational financial concepts
- Evaluate client’s financial situations and recommend appropriate products and solutions based on their objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records while documenting all client interactions
- Participate in required training, licensing, and compliance programs to ensure industry and company standards are met
- Stay current on financial products, services, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines
- Meet individual and team performance goals while delivering a high level of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to provide the best possible client experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and budgeting skills
- Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional client service
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly while maintaining confidentiality and trust
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial industry is preferred but not required
- Willingness to complete all required training, licensing, and certification requirements
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and help clients achieve their financial goals
