The "Non-Stuffy Attorneys" are looking to add more non-stuffiness to the team, and we're hoping you might be it! Intake is the handshake between Marketing and Sales and helps our Sales Consultants to screen candidates and schedule them for a consultation.
We seek a full-time Intake Specialist to help with our ever-growing law firm.
Maybe you want to enter the legal field but need some practical experience. Or perhaps you have experience and are looking to join a killer team. In either case, we want to hear from you.

This is an in-office position, and the hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM.
Compensation is $17 per hour, with bonuses.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct intakes and pre-screen potential clients.
- Follow-up (call, text, email) with prospective clients in an attempt to get them started on their legal services.
- Keep our CRM updated.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Assist the Intake Manager.
- Answer incoming calls when the Receptionist is unavailable.

- Comfortable making 30-40 calls a day at least (NOT COLD CALLS)
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay starts at $17 Per hour
- Bonuses: For every person you help to onboard there is a bonus. Average is $200-$300 per week.
