About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Part-Time Jewelry Sales Associate who is interested in learning the fine jewelry business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, traveling to jewelry shows, and helping clients create meaningful custom jewelry pieces.
You'll work closely with our team to guide customers through the custom jewelry process, from the initial consultation to completing the sale.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in designing and purchasing custom jewelry.
- Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Travel to jewelry shows and events to represent the company.
- Process sales accurately and efficiently.
- Learn about gemstones, diamonds, metals, and custom jewelry design.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine jewelry, luxury retail, or customer sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable traveling to jewelry shows and events.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must live within approximately one hour of the office.
