We are looking for an experienced Ophthalmic Technician to join our growing team! As an Ophthalmic Technician you will assist Dr. Levitt in delivering exceptional patient care by performing a variety of diagnostic and clinical tasks to assess and monitor patients' eye health including: obtaining patient histories, conducting vision tests, preparing patients for procedures, and performing diagnostic tests such as Visual Fields, OCTs, Fundus Photos and biometry measurements for cataract surgery. Experience with Nextech/Intellechart Pro EHR is a plus!

Qualifications:
- A smile and a positive, energetic, enthusiastic attitude are a must!
- At least 2 years of experience working in an ophthalmology practice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions to patients.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus
