Pro Products LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator with a strong mechanical background to join our 2nd shift team in Green Bay, WI.

This is a 2nd shift opportunity with a schedule built for better work-life balance — four days a week, giving you a consistent long weekend while working with a team that values reliability, precision, and attitude.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
- Troubleshoot machine or tooling issues and help keep production running smoothly
- Inspect parts during production to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions accurately
- Use measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers with confidence
- Keep your area clean, organized, and safe
Experience
- CNC machining or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working with precision measuring tools and blueprints
- Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to do quality work
- A team player with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
