Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio and Spa is a premier beauty and wellness center dedicated to providing top-notch skincare and beauty services. We pride ourselves on our professional yet welcoming environment where clients can relax and rejuvenate. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Esthetician or Beauty Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice on skincare products and regimes tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide makeup application for special occasions and events, ensuring clients look and feel their best.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing outstanding service and building strong relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.
- Handle client consultations, appointments, and follow-up communication professionally.
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician License preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and their application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and services.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Wage: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
