WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics vary from day to day and include outside work and/or indoors work. Weather conditions will play a part in the scheduling of work and in the staging of the job. Jobs may be cancelled due to weather that makes for unsafe work conditions. Start time is 7:30am and end time can be anywhere from 3:30pm to 5pm, depending on the workload of the day. Typical day is 7:30 am – 4 pm.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- One year of related experience and/or training a plus. (Not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in most weather.
- Ability to work at heights and climb ladders.
- Awareness of safety requirements always
- Ability to communicate clearly with fellow workers, employer, and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned; however, the core duties of this position are as follows:
- Residential & Commercial Services
o Cleaning of interior & exterior windows, screens, and windows sills.
o Power washing
o Gutter cleaning (Use of leaf blower)
o Work at ground level as well as use ladders to reach upper floor windows.
o Use typical extension poles or water-fed extension pole and water purification system.
o Use backpack sprayers
