We're growing our team and looking for a motivated Team Member Trainee to support customer outreach, enrollment assistance, and account support efforts. This is a full-time, in-person position that offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, communication, sales support, and telecommunications services.
As a Team Member Trainee, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions, assist with enrollments, and help individuals understand available service options. What You'll Be Doing
- Meet directly with customers in assigned locations
- Explain available service options, program benefits, and account features
- Assist customers with enrollments, applications, activations, and account setup
- Answer questions and provide helpful customer support throughout the process
- Verify customer information and maintain accurate account records
- Build positive customer relationships through professionalism and communication
- Track daily activity, customer interactions, and completed enrollments
- Contribute to daily performance goals and team objectives
