This is an on-call/part-time position, could grow to more hours as needed. Typically would be each Friday and some weekends. Daily shift is 530am-NOON.

Duties```
- Set up breakfast buffet and ensure it is fully stocked with fresh food and beverages
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Assist guests with any questions or requests they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, cleaning spills, and restocking supplies
- Monitor food levels and rotate items as needed to ensure freshness
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Clear tables and clean dishes as guests finish their meals
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques is a plus
- Basic culinary skills, including knife handling and food preparation, are beneficial
