Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and experienced Personal Assistant / Mother’s Helper/ Home Organizer to support busy families in creating harmonious and efficient living environments. This contracting 10-99 role offers flexible scheduling and workflow. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, highly organized with great attention to detail, and anticipate needs instead of needing constant direction. This paid position provides a fulfilling chance to utilize your organizational talents, creative eye and caregiving skills in a vibrant, family-focused setting.
May include but not limited to :
- Manage household organization by decluttering, organizing clothing and items and optimizing space for efficiency
- Assist with meal preparation
- Laundry
- Run errands as needed
- Perform light tidying and cleaning around house
- Support with dogs as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized support
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism
Skills
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar caregiving role with excellent organizational skills
- Strong background in childcare is a bonus
- Valid driving license with clean record; background checks will be run
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach to supporting families’ needs

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
