Job Overview
Seeking a qualified HCA to take for Gilroy area, two times per week from 8am to 2pm assisting a female client with memory decline.
Responsibilities

- Medication Reminders
- Driver to local stores
- Pet Friendly
Qualifications
- Prior home care or agency experience required - 2 Years or greater
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Experience working with geriatric patients or individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications; BLS certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care approach
- Experience working within home health agency regulations and home healthcare standards
