Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced lawn care technicians who know how to efficiently apply fertilizer, weed control, and basic turf treatments. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, stay on schedule, and represent the company professionally.
Lawn Care Technician – Fertilization & Pest Control (Family-Owned & Operated Company)
MUST HAVE EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE!
(Ride-On Spreader/Sprayer Experience)
(Z-Spray, Steele Green, PermaGreen, Turfware)

Responsibilities:
Apply fertilizer, pre-emergent, and post-emergent weed control

Identify common turf issues (weeds, disease, insects)

Operate ride-on and push spreaders/sprayers

Complete applications efficiently and safely

Communicate with customers when needed

Maintain clean and organized equipment/trucks

Follow all label instructions and safety guidelines

Requirements:
Previous lawn care or turf experience REQUIRED

Ability to run a route independently

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

PA pesticide license (or willingness to obtain) preferred
