Rapid Home Lending is hiring full-time, on-site Loan Team Associates for our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales and the mortgage industry.
No mortgage experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and licensing support to help you grow into a Licensed Loan Officer.
This position is best suited for individuals who are competitive, money-motivated, confident communicating with people, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and speak with homeowners
- Build rapport with clients and help identify their financial goals
- Follow up on warm leads and transfer qualified clients to licensed Loan Officers
- Learn the mortgage and refinance process through hands-on training
- Work closely with your team and leadership to hit monthly goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Full-time availability, Monday–Friday from 9am–6pm
- On-site position only (not remote or hybrid)
