We are a local, volume builder who allows personalization and in need of licensed, self-driven real estate agents that thrive in an independent, competitive team environment! We have multiple opportunities for both new and experienced on-site sales professionals! Locations include Davidson, Sumner, Rutherford, Maury, Wilson and Williamson county communities!
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Community Product and Make Sales Based on Buyer's Needs
- Prospect and Contact Potential Customers
- Reach Agreed Upon Sales Targets by the Deadline
- Set Follow-Up Appointments and Develop Long Term Nurtures
- Lead Generate for New Clients
- Manage On-Site Sales from Contract through Closing
Qualifications:
- Previous New Home Sales Experience a Plus, Not Required
- General Sales Experience a Plus
- Weekends Required
- Proven Ability to Meet Sales Deadlines
- Willingness to Learn
This is a commission only, real estate career with a local builder that builds approximately 100 homes a year. Only serious, highly driven individuals will be considered for this opportunity!
