Events, Catering & Wholesale Coordinator (Hourly)
We're looking for a highly organized, hospitality-driven Events, Catering & Wholesale Coordinator to support our growing events, catering, and wholesale business across our café and bakery operations.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organization, loves building relationships, and enjoys coordinating the many moving pieces that bring events and partnerships to life. You'll work closely with our leadership team to support private events, catering inquiries, and wholesale accounts while helping ensure every client has a seamless experience from inquiry through execution.
Compensation:
- Starting at $25/hour, DOE
- Part-time or full-time opportunity depending on experience
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate private event, catering, and wholesale inquiries from initial outreach through execution
- Respond to inbound leads and assist with sales follow-up
- Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and event timelines
- Manage event calendars, client communications, and internal scheduling
- Support wholesale account onboarding and ongoing account coordination
- Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems with accurate, organized records
- Coordinate logistics with operations, kitchen, and café teams
- Assist with menu updates, catering materials, and sales collateral
- Help identify opportunities to grow our events, catering, and wholesale business
- Occasionally support on-site events to ensure smooth execution
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys building relationships and providing thoughtful hospitality
- Can confidently manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Is proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Has previous hospitality, event, catering, sales, or account coordination experience (preferred)
- Shares a genuine passion for food, coffee, and hospitality
