Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation for the Airbnb‘s we service. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services while ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Manage housekeeping tasks in commercial and/ or residential properties to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote hygiene and safety.
- Carry out custodial duties in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices.
- Experience in hotel or residential cleaning environments is preferred.
- Ability to sanitize surfaces effectively to maintain health standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.
