Solar On Earth is seeking an energetic and motivated Small Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!
You will be responsible for engaging through direct outreach and utilizing Solar On Earth's winning strategies.
Base salary and commissions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with directly with small commercial businesses to ensure clear communication and understanding of community solar benefits.
- Maintain a respectful and friendly client-first approach and addressing questions, resolving concerns, and assist them in understanding community solar.
- Ability to learn our policies, procedures and strategies.
- Track all sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up
Skills
- Outside Sales experience required - community solar a plus!
- Proficiency in using technology and software.
- Positive attitude with an approachable personality to engage with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
