Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Clinical Nursing Assistants to join our staffing team and support patient care at various client healthcare facilities. In this role, you will work on-site with our clients, providing essential clinical and personal care to patients while representing our agency’s commitment to quality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, adaptable, and experienced in delivering hands-on care in fast-paced healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
- Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and clinical procedures
- Help transport patients within the facility as needed
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to licensed nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Adapt to different client facility policies, procedures, and workflows
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent, as required by state regulations
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting preferred
- Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and medical terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, moving, and supporting patients
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in multiple healthcare settings (e.g., hospitals, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Flexibility to travel to different client locations as needed
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
