Position Summary: Must be on time, willing to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends; be professional, courteous, and have high energy supporting the team. Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation skills, assist in preparing area for day-to-day operations, responsible for accurate counting and balancing all transactions. Upsell and increase revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Customer Service Skills: Must maintain a friendly, personable attitude, follow proper etiquette, and be able to communicate with clients/guests in a professional manner.
· Teamwork Skills: Must work as part of a team, communicating effectively with staff members and leadership.
· Must be able to cook, prepare food, and clean.
· Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and stand throughout a shift.
· Verify all equipment is kept clean and in working order.
· Verify FIFO method is followed and label all food according to food standards. Document ALL waste (damaged, expired, or comped).
· Stock inventory.
· Must have a valid San Antonio Food Handler Certificate.
SANITATION & SAFETY
· Sanitation: ensure all areas are clean and organized.
· All employees must have their San Antonio Food Handler Certificate.
· Safety Program: be trained to use a Fire Extinguishers and all other safety equipment.
· Troubleshooting Binder: become familiar with protocols.
SCHEDULING
· Scheduling: will be posted on Connecteam 2 weeks in advance.
· Report to work on time and in complete uniform.
· Six (6) or more hours’ advanced notice required when calling in sick and unable to work.
DISCIPLINE
· Any employee who is violating the rules and regulations or policies and procedures should be disciplined according to the Policy & Procedures Manual
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
