About the role:
Conrad Mortgage is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outside Loan Officer who knows how to close. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for someone who thrives in a competitive, relationship-driven sales environment. You will build and grow a referral network with real estate agents, builders, and other partners across Northeast Ohio to drive purchase and refinance business.
What you will do:
- Prospect and develop strong referral relationships with realtors, builders, and other partners throughout Northeast Ohio
- Convert leads and referrals into closed loans, consistently hitting and exceeding production goals
- Guide borrowers confidently through the loan process from application to closing
- Stay sharp on loan products, market trends, and competitive pricing
- Represent Conrad Mortgage at networking events and in the community
What we are looking for:
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Proven track record as a closer in mortgage sales or high-performance sales environment
- Existing realtor and builder relationships in Northeast Ohio are a strong plus
- A self-starter who is hungry, competitive, and thrives working independently
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
