We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, organizing, and moving products within the warehouse to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
Pay: $22.70 - $27.40 per hour
