Job Summary
Our photographers are part-time seasonal team members responsible for capturing high-quality images at sports leagues photo days. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy working in energetic environments and creating memorable experiences. Photographers receive paid training. No professional photography experience is required.
Essential Job Functions
- Capture high-quality images
- Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for athletes and coaches
- Set up, test, and maintain photography equipment before each session
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Essential Driving Requirements
- This position requires regular and frequent travel to schools and sports complexes. Photographers are expected to drive personal vehicles as part of this role.
- Drive lawfully and safely using personal vehicles
- Valid state driver’s license
- Valid automobile insurance
Scheduling Expectations
- Availability for early mornings into the afternoon on weekends, and late afternoon/evenings during the week
- Weekly hours will vary based on schedule and business needs
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and out of high school
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a satisfactory background check
- Must own a DSLR or Mirrorless camera
- Must own a lens 28mm-105mm is optimal but we can work with other sizes
- Must own a sturdy tripod
- Must own an external Flash
- Able to work well within a team setting and independently
- Amazing customer service and communication skills
- Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting equipment up to 30 lbs.
- Able to bend or stoop
- Work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to read, write and speak in English
- Able to verbally communicate with customers and team members
- Team members must be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
