Role Description
This is an entry level position and a full-time on-site role for a Traveling Maintenance Technician/ Installer at EXPERT ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS. The technician will be responsible for tech support, product maintenance and installation, customer service, and communication with clients and internal teams.
Project management, site visits to perform immediate or alternative solutions and installation management.
Candidate must have mechanical skills and knowledge, read blueprints, understand the concept of manufacturing phases and be able to multitask.
Travel is a must and must be able to travel .

Customer Service expertise.
Strong attention to detail.
Mechanical skills and able to use tools are required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
2 to 3 years of experience in related field.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required.
Microsoft 360 program knowledge and ability to use daily.
