We're looking for someone in St. Louis who's just naturally good with people, the kind of person who makes a stranger feel like they matter within the first ten seconds of a conversation. That's basically the whole job description for a Guest Services Representative. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
Here's what you'd actually be doing
Customers reach out with questions, problems, requests, sometimes all three in one call, and it's your job to make sure they leave the conversation feeling like someone actually helped them. You'll walk people through their accounts, sort out issues, and keep clean records so nothing gets lost between shifts. It's not glamorous, but it's the kind of work where you can genuinely see the difference you make, call after call.
Who tends to do well here
- Someone who's naturally patient, even when the caller isn't
- A person who can multitask, talking, typing, and thinking at the same time
- Someone dependable, if you say you'll be there, you're there
- A team player who's not afraid to ask a coworker for help when something's tricky
You don't need past call center or customer service experience to apply. If you've got a good attitude and you're willing to learn, we'll handle the rest through training.
What's in it for you
- Full paid training from your very first day
- Steady weekly or biweekly pay
- A schedule you can actually build a life around
- Real advancement opportunities, a lot of our leads started exactly where you'd be starting
- A workplace that actually notices when you're doing a good job
