CD II Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual with a strong background in construction, property maintenance, and repairs. This position supports multiple residential and commercial properties and offers a stable, full-time opportunity with a locally managed company.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tenant maintenance requests.
- Prepare apartments and rental units for new tenants.
- Maintain property grounds and landscaping.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding property conditions and project status.
- Help ensure properties are maintained in a safe, clean, and professional manner.
What We're Looking For
✔ 5+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, remodeling, or a related field
✔ Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC troubleshooting
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall repair
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔ Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical work as required
