Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services – the nation’s leading provider of pediatric private duty skilled nursing services - is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing with 2 years of experience in the clinical care of medically complex children and, preferably, supervisory/management experience in a home health setting for our Charlotte, NC office.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload, supervising staff and patient cases, interviewing nurses, and working with hospital case managers on new referrals.
What you will need:
- Valid RN license in the state your case is located, or a compact state nursing license.
- Successfully pass a background check
- American Heart Association approved CPR Certification
- Acceptable I-9 documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States
- Copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray if available
- The ability to make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision.
- A desire to lead a team and make a difference every day!
