Responsibilities:
Oversee the admissions process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, families, and community stakeholders
Conduct initial assessments and screenings for new residents
Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans
Monitor and improve the admissions process to ensure efficient and effective operations
Provide exceptional customer service to families, healthcare partners, and residents
What We Offer:
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Previous Experience as an Admissions Director preferred
2-5 years of LTC experience in admissions, healthcare, marketing
Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare, ability to manage insurance
Good communication skills
