Overview
White Rose Interiors (WRI) is looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join our commercial construction team. We are looking for someone who can lead a crew, manage the job, and work alongside the team in the field. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows commercial metal framing and drywall and takes pride in getting the job done right.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew installing commercial metal framing and drywall.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Lay out walls, ceilings, soffits, and other framing.
- Coordinate daily work with the Project Manager and other trades.
- Maintain production, quality, and schedule expectations.
- Make sure work is installed correctly and according to plans.
- Train and provide direction to crew members.
- Manage materials, tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe jobsite.
- Complete daily reports and communicate job progress and issues.
- Help identify and solve field problems before they become bigger issues.
- Set the example for safety, quality, productivity and professionalism.
Experience
- Commercial metal framing and drywall experience required.
- Foreman or Lead Mechanic experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of layout and framing methods required.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- Ability to lead a crew while still being hands-on.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and dependable work history.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- OSHA/Safety experience is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45.0 per week
