Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive services, ensuring that vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. You will work closely with other technicians to provide exceptional service and support, contributing to a positive experience at our family owned shop.
Duties
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and recommend appropriate services.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, complete vehicle inspections, TIRES, alignments, etc.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete repairs and maintenance.
- Assist in tire service operations, including mounting, balancing, and repairing tires.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
Skills
- Experience with vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with tools and automotive service equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during service operations.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
