We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice and help create a positive first impression for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact and a key part of keeping our office running smoothly:
- Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar
- Verify insurance and assist with patient check-in/check-out
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Handle billing questions and payments
- Help create a smooth, stress-free patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental front desk experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
- A positive, team-player attitude
