Commission-Based Food Protection Manager Sales Representative
R T Copeland Corp. is seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Commission-Based Food Protection Manager Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.
This is an independent, commission-based sales opportunity designed for individuals who are confident communicating with restaurant owners, managers, chefs, food-service professionals, and businesses that need Food Protection Manager training and examination services.
The Sales Representative will generate leads, promote R T Copeland Corp. services, develop business relationships, and convert prospects into paying customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote R T Copeland Corp.’s Food Protection Manager courses, examinations, certifications, and related training services.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, email, in-person visits, and community outreach.
- Contact restaurant owners, managers, chefs, food-service businesses, caterers, food trucks, hospitality businesses, and other qualified prospects.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, courses, and examinations.
- Explain program options, pricing, scheduling, and registration requirements.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional training and certification services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer interactions, appointments, and completed sales.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue objectives.
- Represent R T Copeland Corp. professionally in the community and during client interactions.
- Develop referral partnerships with restaurants, businesses, organizations, and industry professionals.
Commission Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based sales position.
Sales Representatives earn commissions based on qualified sales and successfully completed customer transactions generated through their sales efforts.
Commission opportunities may include sales of:
- Food Protection Manager courses
- Food Protection Manager examinations
- Certification programs
- Training packages
- Business training services
- Additional professional certification programs
- Qualified referral opportunities
The more you sell, the more you can earn. There is no fixed salary associated with this position.
Commission rates, qualifying sales, payment schedules, and applicable terms will be established by R T Copeland Corp. and provided to representatives before they begin selling.

Food safety, restaurant, hospitality, ServSafe, training, or certification experience is a strong advantage but is not required for highly motivated candidates.
Performance Expectations
Successful representatives are expected to actively prospect, generate new business, follow up with leads, maintain their sales pipeline, and consistently pursue new opportunities.
This position is best suited for someone who understands that income is directly connected to sales performance.
