About the Role
As a Field Furniture Restoration Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving product quality issues directly in customer homes. Your expertise in upholstery, leather, and wood refinishing will ensure that every piece of furniture is restored to its original, high-quality condition, directly contributing to a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities-
Execute high-quality repairs on leather, upholstery, and wood case goods with minimal supervision.

Perform precise surface refinishing, color matching, and structural rebuilds for damaged furniture.

Assess damage severity to determine the most efficient and effective restoration methods.

Operate and maintain specialized repair tools, including power drills, impact drivers, and spray equipment.

Manage a service vehicle, ensuring all necessary repair supplies are organized and stocked for daily routes.

Document recurring product issues and provide feedback to warehouse teams to improve quality control.

Maintain a professional, customer-centric demeanor while performing on-site repairs.

Adhere to all safety protocols and driving regulations to ensure safe travel to customer locations.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in furniture repair, including leather and wood finishing.

Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
