Responsibilities:
- Parent/ Teacher conferences
- Lesson plans & following Creative Curriculum
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children aged 2-3, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Support classroom management and maintain a structured routine.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs.
- Collaborate with support teachers in curriculum development and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Foster positive relationships with children to encourage social and emotional growth.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Childhood Development Associate degree or Associate's in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Previous experience as a care giver or teacher required
- Positive attitude and love for working with children
- Willingness to work with children 0-12 years of age
- Knowledge of NAEYC Developmentally Appropriate Practices, The Creative Curriculum and/or willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years old
