Secretary for small maintenance & construction company needed.
We're looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated secretary to join our team.
Answer phones and greet customers
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Prepare paperwork, file documents, and perform data entry
Order office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks
Clean completed homes after our work is finished so they're ready for the customer
Help keep the office and shop clean, including sweeping and maintaining clear walkways
Assist with other duties as needed
QuickBooks experience a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
