Overview
The Facilities Maintenance Engineer position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and functioning of our property both in the Hotel & on the Convention Center side. This position requires a proactive individual who has knowledge of various maintenance tasks and can effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, also willing to train. The ideal candidate will possess a mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a guest facing position whereby guest service is paramount.
Duties
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, maintenance and repairs on property.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with staff and visitors alike.
- Respond to guest and staff calls quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize requests at a moments notice.
- Sense of urgency, ability to multi task.

Skills
- Mechanical knowledge & understanding.
- Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently or with a group.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
